1.Amperage degree
we know,the amperage degree is too high when we operate in welding process,we maybe burn throgh the equipment.this is operation mistake for welder,in order to solve the mistake,welder should reduce the amperage and increase the speed to balance the too much amperage.
2.power polarity
the welding types have AC and DC,the gas tungsten arc welding are created with power polarity.welding machine of AC can create a weld with the filler metal mixed.to protect the welding machine about it,it should use alternating current.A feature called AC balance control allows you to tailor the EP-to-EN ratio. if too much EP will etch the gas tungsten.
3.poor color
overheating can cause the poor color in steel weld,which not only affects the material's point,but degrades its resistance and mechanical properties.this is bad mistake for welder who operate welding.so that welder must control the mistake to prevent overheating, reduce amperage.we should how to do,of course ,Pulsing reduces heat input,it is a good method.
4.Weld Graininess
the weld grainess problem can be caused by filler metal problems.weld should adjust the filler brand in order fit for the applications.before welding,we should check the filler metal types in order to remove grease and moisture from the surface of welding.
